MX101 Terms & Conditions

MX101 Motocross Training – Terms & Conditions

  1. Program Structure

MX101 training programs operate on a subscription-based, session credit system. Each subscription includes a set number of training session credits valid for 12 months from the purchase date. One credit is deducted per booked and attended session.

Subscriptions are linked to one nominated training venue (club). Riders may access alternate venues only if capacity allows and subject to MX101 approval.

  1. Booking & Attendance
  • All sessions require online booking
  • Session credits are redeemed using the rider’s unique promo code / user code
  • Session packs do not guarantee attendance unless a session is successfully booked
  • Sessions are capped and subject to availability
  • Missed or unbooked sessions are forfeited
  • Unused credits do not roll over beyond the 12-month validity period
  1. Session Availability, Capacity & Venues

Riders enrolled in a 40-session package are guaranteed that 40 training sessions will be made available within the 12-month subscription period. Session attendance is recorded and tracked via the online booking system using each rider’s unique user code.

All training sessions are capped at 10 riders per group to maintain safety and coaching quality. An Advanced Group Training session operates alongside standard sessions to assist with capacity management and progression.

Where sessions reach capacity, groups may be split and managed with a second MX101 coach. In these cases, 50cc riders will be allocated to the second coach first, where operationally appropriate.

No training sessions run during December and January, and sessions may also be unavailable on selected dates throughout the year, all of which will be displayed online. MX101 reserves the right to adjust session schedules due to weather, track availability, or operational requirements.

To increase availability, MX101 may schedule additional training sessions during school holiday periods. These sessions are optional, subject to availability, and count toward a rider’s session allocation.

If a club track is closed for preparation or unavailable, training sessions will proceed at approved off-road riding locations. These sessions are considered equivalent training sessions and count toward session allocations.

No additional discounts, credits, or refunds apply for sessions conducted at off-road locations or during school holiday periods. All training packages are already significantly reduced compared to previous years’ pricing.
